Design Begins on Norse Springs Villa
Architectural design and site planning has begun on Norse Springs, a unique waterfront villa to be constructed near Port Antonio, east of San San Beach and directly across from famous Pellew Island.
Situated on the north coast (A4) highway, Norse Springs will be perched on a natural rock wall and take advantage of a natural spring to feature waterfalls and an infinity spa, according to architect William A. Arthur of Arthur & Associates, Miami.
The villa will have and upper and lower units, each featuring flexible living/dining areas and master bedrooms, with cantilevered balconies overlooking the sea, Arthur says. The project was launched by the owners of nearby Norse Hill Villa & Botanical Gardens in San San Estates.
Norse Springs will have an extraordinary view of one of Jamaica’s most photographed islands, which also is called Monkee Island or Princess Island, as it was once owned by Princess Nina Agha Khan.
