How to Reach Norse Hill
The villa is located in San San Estates, a few miles east of Port Antonio on the coastal (A4) highway, just past the village of Drapers. The entrance to San San is on the right (heading east), near the entrance to San San Beach. Once you pull into the San San Estates entrance, signs point the direction to villas, including Norse Hill.

Most guests fly into Kingston’s Norman Manley International Airport (KIN/MKJP) or Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport (MBJ/MKJS). Charter and private planes can fly into Ken Jones Aerodrome (POT/MKKJ), five miles west of Port Antonio.
Boscobel Aerodrome (OCJ/MKBS) in Oracabessa, St. Mary Parish, is located east of Ocho Rios and west of Port Antonio. Work has begun on expanding the facility and extending the runway to accommodate larger private jets and international flights, but the completion date is unknown.
The new coastal highway from Montego Bay to Port Antonio, through Ocho Rios, has reduced driving time to Norse Hill from the Montego Bay and Kingston airports to as little as 2.5 hours.
To and From Airports by Vehicle
Until recent years, travel time on the coastal road route from Montego Bay was double that of the mountain route from Kingston. Massive reconstruction of the north coastal highway (Route A1 from Montego Bay to St. Ann’s Bay, A3 from St. Ann’s through Ocho Rios to Annotto Bay, A4 from Annotto Bay to Port Antonio and Norse Hill) has nearly equalized the length of the two trips.
From airport to the villa, allow for at 2.5 to 3.0 hours driving time to/from Kingston and 3.0 to 3.5 hours to/from Montego Bay, although the “Mobay” route can take as little as 2.5 hours, depending on traffic and time of year.
Some guests chose to rent their own vehicle at the airport, and use it for day trips while staying at Norse Hill. Others prefer to have ground transportation arranged for their airport trips, and for their day trips while at the villa. For those guests, the Norse Hill manager makes arrangements to fit their needs and budget.
