Holidays
Christmas/New Year:
$5,000/week. Two-week minimum.
Week including Thanksgiving holiday:
$4,500. One week minimum.
Small group specials

Extra guest surcharge
Standard rates are based on up to eight (8) guests. Surcharge of $45 per night for each guest in addition to eight.

Base rates include full staff, cooking, housekeeping and laundry services.
Meals & Drinks
Eating and drinking at Norse Hill is comparable in cost to what you might spend on groceries at home – except your breakfast, lunch and dinner meals are prepared by a professional chef and served restaurant style, as casually or formally as you prefer.
Guests consult with staff on menu planning, which can range from sandwiches in a cooler packed for the beach to a lobster dinner. Norse Hill staff purchase the food and drinks requested by guests from vendors in town, and guests pay for the actual costs based on receipts presented. For the typical stay, budget for about US $20-25 per person, per day.
For alcoholic beverages, beer and rum are the most affordable in Jamaica. Keep in mind that finer wine and other liquors will be more expensive.
Transportation
See “Location & Directions” for more details on air and ground transportation options. Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements to Jamaica. Your Norse Hill concierge will assist in making economical transportation arrangements to and from airports, and for local touring in and near Port Antonio.
Staff gratuity
A gratuity of 10 percent or more (on the applicable rental rate) paid to the staff, according to guest satisfaction with staff service, is considered customary at full-service villas in Jamaica. The gratuity is not included in the base weekly/nightly rental rate. Consult with your Norse Villa property manager for guidance about the amount and method of payment.
Reservation deposit, payment
A 25% deposit on the base rental rate is required to secure a reservation. Full rental payment is due in full 30 days before arrival.
